About Wessex Dog Training Club

Welcome to the wonderful world of dog ownership.

Whether an experienced handler or a novice with your first lively puppy, training them is the most rewarding experience for both yourself and your new pet!  Dogs come in all shapes, sizes and temperament – they could be a rescue dog you have rehomed or a pedigree puppy – we welcome you all and will do our best to help you and your dog create a bond lasting a lifetime.

The Wessex Dog Training Club offers Obedience, Agility, Scentwork and general training.  We can also demonstrate and train in Rally ‘O’ and Hoopers – great fun for your dog, whilst in the summer months we also hold training sessions in an open field environment which not only stimulates them but reinforces that valuable socialisation which is so important to their health and general wellbeing.

Wessex Dog Training Club is open to everyone and we’re always working to make our new members feel especially welcome.  If you’d like to give it a try, come along for a £5 taster session or speak with a member of our friendly team
